We strive to deliver made in Indian products with the cheapest international shipping rates to anywhere in the world. (We have two warehouses Hyderabad, India and Chicago, USA).

We are committed to providing quality products and do not charge any customs fee. Please be assured that trendia.co has made every effort to keep shipping prices to a minimum and will continue to. Here is the country-wise list of shipping charges:

Shipping Methods and Tracking:

Our delivery partners include DHL and USPS. Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number through email.

Only for the USA(Tracking information to the USPS label customers): We ship the orders from India through DHL couriers to USPS. Please note it takes 3 to 5 working days for the package to reach the USPS warehouse, only after which you will be able to track the order through the USPS tracking number.

We directly ship the orders through DHL to all other countries.

For both cases, the tracking number will be sent in the shipping email.

Missing or lost packages:

1. Please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. A carrier keeps a package delivered prematurely in most cases, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. 
2. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbour or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbours if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. 
3. If you still haven't found the package, please call us on +1 312-392-0189.

Order Process:

At trendiakids.com we bring you products from India in a cost-effective way. Before shipping any product, we do a complete quality check on the product, packaging and size. Delays may occur due to issues at the time of quality check or delay with the vendor.  Any Custom-made and custom-stitched items will naturally take longer to ship.

Coupons: 

Please note that no additional coupons or discount codes can be applied to offers that are automatically applied at checkout (for eg- Buy 2 Get 1 Free). The system will automatically select the best available offer for you, and additional coupons cannot be combined with these automatic promotions.
