Cancellation & Return Policy
Our return policy: Trendia Kids has a fair return policy and accepts return requests only within 7 days after the product is delivered. Returns are accepted only in certain cases which is mentioned below. For US customers: Returns are accepted only in certain cases mentioned below. NOTE: unboxing video is must for any claims.
International Customers: We do not accept returns for International orders as we have our return centre only in the US, however we assist case by case as our ultimate goal is to help our customers in the best possible way. NOTE: unboxing video is must for any claims.
Return are accepted only in cases of :
1) Damaged (Unboxing video is must)
2) Defective (Unboxing Video)
3) Size issues: If there is a size issue (customer needs to share the picture of the product measuring it with the tape, if our size chart is proven wrong we will correct it and assist with a free return label and once the return is received we will assist you with refund, coupon code or replacement.
If the size chart is correct and if the product is not the correct size for you, you need to return it to our US return center at your expense and share the tracking details. Once we receive the return we will send you a confirmation email and we can offer replacement or a coupon code only.
4) Missing product (Unboxing Video).

For any claims unboxing video is a must:
a) Please do not accept if the package is tampered or damaged.
b) An unboxing video is a must for any claims against the order.
c) Unboxing video should cover all the sides of the package. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
d) Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package.
e) After unboxing, the product is to be opened, and damage or numbers of items are to be clearly shown in the video.
f) Video to be submitted within 6 hours of the delivery.
g) Small marks & scratches are not considered damage.
h) If any breakage or missing item we will refund/exchange only for a number of pcs Broken or Missing after viewing 360-degree opening video.
1) Clearance Sale or any sale products are non-returnable. 2) Thread pulls are not considered defective in handloom clothing. No exchange, No Returns because of dislike of colors or fabric quality. At times the image color may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.
1) Items must be in their original packaging with the original tags attached, it must be unworn, unwashed and should be folded and packaged properly and should not come with any odour or stains. In case if the return does not meet any of these, there will be a deduction from the refund amount based on the product returned quality.
2) We will accept returns from an order based on the discussion you have with the support team, in case if you return any extra product we will not accept it as a return and no refund will be issued.
How to cancel my order if I change my mind after placing the order?
1) Cancellations are accepted within 24hrs of placing the order and a 6% (credit card/PayPal transaction fee) will be deducted for a refund. Transaction fees will not be deducted for store credit.
2) Cancellations after 24hrs cannot be accepted. However, customers may request changes to the ordered items (Size changes) if they are not in transit. The team will handle these requests on an individual basis.

5) Please note, that you can only edit or make changes in the order within 48hrs from the time of order placed and no further editing will be accepted after 48hrs.
